We have hosted weddings with Brides and Grooms from all over Texas! Our Central Texas wedding venue is an ideal location for everyone. Whether your guests stay with us or one of our nearby Bed & Breakfast friends, your guests will have the best of the Hill Country to enjoy. We are the not-too-far-from-home destination wedding for you.

Red Corral Ranch is an 1,100 acre natural sanctuary, nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country near Wimberley.

Miles of hike and bike trails, through woodland, prairie & creekside, an outdoor walking-meditation labyrinth, aqua fed swimming pool, lazy hammocks under giant oaks, and a large stone bonfire ring under the stars.

All Weddings Include:

• Your choice of beautiful indoor and outdoor ceremony sites.

• Two nights of elegant overnight accommodations - Friday and Saturday - with the 6 BR, 5 bath (up to 13 guests) Limestone Lodge. (Please inquire about week night ceremonies or larger groups)

• Breakfast for all overnight wedding guests in guesthouses.

• Big Red Barn for Texas-style country & western dinner and/or party, if desired

• Hayride to and from Big Red Barn, if desired

• Use of outdoor Labyrinth, fire circle, and swimming pool, hike and bike trails

Available for Weddings at Additional Charge:

• Your choice of renting other cottages for your guests or allowing guests to rent cottages. Each guesthouse is stocked with continental breakfast foods, linens, & towels. Each has a full kitchen, outdoor grill, and a private therapeutic hot tub.

• Old-fashion horse and buggy to take the bride and groom the mile from their wedding celebration to the remote Stillpoint Cabin.

• Massage therapists, hair stylists, caterers, photographers, florists.

Many other optional services and amenities are available, or you may provide your own. Please inquire about your particular requirements.

The Ranch will provide you with a list of approved Caterers on whom we have received positive feedback from our Wedding Families.

We give complete attention and consideration to the sacredness of weddings and commitment ceremonies at the Red Corral Ranch. Out of respect for the importance of these events, there are no other activities on the Ranch. Your wedding will be in an exclusive and intimate setting just for you and your guests, handled with warmth and grace- true to the Ranch motto, "nurturing people and the land."

Your "home " on the Ranch for you and your guests consists of comfortably appointed rooms for up to 13 at the main Lodge. Optionally, up to 20 additional overnight guests may rent the four country elegant guest houses: Collen's Cottage, Stillpoint Cabin, Meadows Cottage and Deerview Cottage.

Consideration and flexibility are paramount at the Red Corral to shape your own individual ceremony- a reflection of your own uniqueness and style. The beauty of the surrounding grounds leaves a lasting impression on the eye and the heart making it an ideal setting for your memorable photographs to be treasured for years.

Outdoor Wedding Ceremonies
Groups up to 200 ceremony guests may be accommodated for outdoor or tented ceremonies with easy and adequate parking and guest facilities. Groups from 90 to 200 guests may wish to rent a semi-enclosed tent placed on the lawn adjacent to the Pavilion for extra seating and dancing.

The large oak trees surrounding the buildings are wrapped in tiny white lights providing a warm, romantic ambiance for the evening.

Ceremony Locations
There are numerous choice sites on the Ranch for your ceremony as well as your rehearsal dinner, reception, brunches and lunches for guests staying on the ranch. We can help you locate the perfect site for your wedding.

Labyrinth
A popular location for an outdoor wedding ceremony is on the large hand-crafted wooden Labyrinth that our son built overlooking Wanslow Creek. The significance and meaning of the Labyrinth draws many families together on this sacred site. The entire wedding party plus 165 chairs can be arranged on it.

Next to Butterfly Garden
Some couples choose to have the ceremony on the beautifully manicured lawn next to the swimming pool and butterfly garden.

James' Pavilion Meeting Hall

Indoor wedding ceremonies and seated dining for up to 90 guests in the air-conditioned James' Pavilion with grand piano in the loft, a large fireplace, and covered wood and stone decks.

James' Pavilion is a natural choice for the ceremony and can be quickly changed into the dining room while photographs are being taken and guests are receiving cocktails and hors d'oeuvres on the outside decks and covered porches.

Main Lodge for Small Ceremonies
For cozy, intimate ceremonies, the main lodge room is a perfect setting with its unusual stone walls, cedar ceiling and fireplace. This lovely room opens into a mesquite floored dining room with a long hand polished dining table made from treasured remains of old family barns.

Casual and Fun Red Barn
For a really fun and more casual site, the Red Barn allows you to kick up your boots after the ceremony and have a finger-lickin' good old bar-b-que and hoe-down in this forty feet by eighty feet dance and dining area. Some our couples "loosen up" the night before the ceremony by having the rehearsal dinner at the Red Barn.

After the rehearsal at the main lodge compound, they load on a hay wagon and are "hauled" up to the Red Barn for a good old time. Then they "dress up" the next day for the big event at the main lodge compound.

Optional Romantic Honeymoon Cabin and Horse and Buggy Ride
Many couples are choosing our romantic, secluded, intimate Stillpoint Cabin for their honeymoon. We can provide an old-fashion horse and buggy to take the bride and groom the mile from their wedding celebration to the remote Stillpoint Cabin.

The main Limestone Lodge is included in your wedding rental, and can sleep up to 13 guests in 6 bedrooms.

The romantic, secluded, intimate Stillpoint Cabin is a favorite for bride & grooms. The bride & groom can have a romantic 1-mile horse and buggy ride for bride and groom from their wedding celebration to honeymoon.

All other guest cottages are available for rental to wedding guests, just give us a call.

A great place to have a casual and fun wedding, reception, rehearsal dinner, old-fashioned hoe-downs, barbecues, dinners, receptions or any other wedding-related event. The Red Barn is located about 1/2 of a mile from the main compound, and may be reached by following the road signs.

We can provide hay rides between the main compound and the Red Party Barn.

The Party Barn is included in the cost of a two-night wedding; it is available for one-night weddings at extra cost.
